Through our phased application approach, we’re looking for outstanding talent that has the potential to thrive as a member. Please note that the complete admission process takes between 1-2 months and is highly competitive.

Phase 1:
Eligibility Test
Eligibility Test
Get yourself comfortable and start your application. Tell us about your background, why you want to join Project Y and what impact you think it will have on your life.

Phase 2: Tech Challenge
If your application is selected, you will be invited to complete a few asynchronous challenges related to our first learning track as well as a psychometric test to evaluate your mindset and how you would fit into Project Y.

Phase 3: Video Submission
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a video to tell us a little more about themselves and why they want to launch a career as a developer.

Phase 4: Video Interview
Finalists are invited to an interview with our team who will ask you about your ambitions, motivation, and ability to commit yourself to Project Y and our T&Cs.
